Summer Camp Policies

Payment Policy

Please note that because UOP is now requiring us to pay upfront in June, we have had to establish a new refund policy of NO REFUNDS AFTER MAY 31, 2025. We hate to do it, but the university won’t refund us any money, so we can’t refund you.

**NEW Cancellation and Refund Policy**

To comply with the new UOP Payment Schedule:
Full refund up to April 30th
May 1 to May 31: $50 processing fee withheld from refund.
**No Refunds After May 31**

Illness/Covid Policy 2025

All attendees will be required to take Covid tests upon arrival at Camp. If Camper stays both weeks, they will test again on the second Sunday of attendance.

Campers must supply their own Covid test. A limited number of tests may be available for purchase from Camp, but quantities are limited.

You agree to stay home from Camp if you feel sick or have been exposed to someone who has been diagnosed with Covid-19 within the previous 2 weeks, or any other infectious disease (such as flu) with 1 week of your planned arrival at Camp. Symptoms may include, but are not limited to, headache, fever, runny nose, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, loss of smell or taste, and muscle or
body aches.

We suggest obtaining EVENT insurance from a travel insurance company. Event insurance covers attendance at an event, like travel insurance covers a trip like a cruise. This would ensure that should you become ill or injured you would get your money back. Because we have to pay the university up front for costs, we cannot offer refunds after May 31, 2025.

During Camp, you agree to notify the Camp Office immediately upon experiencing symptoms or receiving a positive test while at Camp.
